Admissions/registration for Certificate Courses in Law

The ICFAI Law School offers certificate courses in five niche areas of law:

  • Cyber Laws
  • Infrastructure Laws
  • Law of Financial Services
  • Immigration Laws
  • Solid Waste Management and Law

Eligibility: Pass in 10 + 2 of any discipline or equivalent recognized by the respective Boards.

Fee Structure: Rs. 12,000 per Certificate Course. by the respective Boards.

Course Structure: The course structure includes four theory papers and one project work/assignment for each Certificate Course.

Duration: 6 months.

Contact classes: The ICFAI Law School offers 10 days weekend contact classes and the schedule of contact classes will be provided to students at the time of admission.

Medium of Instruction: The medium of instruction for all the Certificate Courses is English only.

Choice Based Credit System
Teaching at ICFAI Law School is the student centric and flexible, with a focus on what is needed for student. Thus, the legal education at the ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad is broad-based and at par with global standards. It prompts the student to Choice Based Credit system and student may opt credits/courses from various combinations of specialized courses in law such as the Business laws, Constitutional Law, International Law, and Intellectual Property Rights Law. Students are required to choose the courses from a pool of core law and management courses which may be very specific or specialized or advanced or supportive to the discipline/ subject of study or which provides an extended scope or which enables an exposure to some other discipline/ subject/domain or nurtures the candidate’s proficiency/skill. The student is facilitated to select eight honours courses from specific areas of law subject to minimum number of students opting for it. Student may undertake as many credits as he can cope with.
