program who are tender in age and new to the program and place. Students
joining law program will be divided into groups and each group will be mentored
by one of the faculty member of the department. All the faculty members will be

The process is aimed to help the students to come out
of their problems (academic and non-academic) in the absence of their parental
guidance, and to streamline the inherent skills and strengthen the students for
building up best career and best future. It also helps to fine tune performance
of students. It enables the mentor to address performance deficiencies of the
students.

Mentoring process is a unique program initiated by the
department. It helps the students to get confidence, plan the future and
understand the expectations of the University. The process helps the student to
identify their skills and deficiencies, learn new skills and abilities, prepare
the ground for professional expertise and gain mastery over the work. It
involves the students in team building and social interactions.
|
It helps to assess the psychological profile of
students and help them achieve attitudinal changes required for today's dynamic
professional life. The faculty in-charge of group conducts relevant
psychometric tests and gives feedback on their strengths, weaknesses, aptitude,
and behavioral traits and identifies opportunities for improvement of the
students.
