- ICFAI School of Social Sciences is a constituent of the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education, a deemed to be University established under section 3 of UGC Act, 1956.
- It seeks to be recognized nationally and internationally as a fine example of an institution producing young talent with immense potential for (a) demonstrating transformative impacts on Indian society to bring about changes that will align with the ideals of the constitution of India, and (b) influencing global conventions focused on realizing sustainability, through persistent and dedicated efforts in education, training, research, and extending intellectual services.

ICFAI was established in 1984 as a not-for-profit society with the broad objective of empowering citizens through world class quality education. The Institute announced its arrival into the Indian education fora by launching a high end, innovative professional program in financial analysis in 1985.

Our vision is to expand our academic offerings to include additional disciplines such as psychology, sociology, and political science within the School of Social Sciences.
