The Centre for Excellence in IPR is established at ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad to promote protection of innovations and awareness in the field of intellectual property rights. The centre is dedicated to impart IP education and training to students, academicians and professionals across the country. The centre also promotes interdisciplinary research in the area of intellectual property law, science, technology, arts and economics. The centre provides consultancy services to the innovator, creators and entrepreneurs on the filing, registration, protection, management and infringement of intellectual property rights. The IPR Cell of the Centre takes the responsibility of fostering the IPR culture among the stakeholders of the IFHE and strive to protect the IP created by the IFHE in general and Innovation Cell in specific.
The Centre is emboldened by multi-faceted stakeholders as members from Academic Repute, ICFAI Law School Students and Domain experts from the Corporates & Legal Fraternity as Collaborators. Students have a gateway to exposure in Consultancy, IP Filings and IP Awareness Programs.
