Applicants should not be more than 21 years of age as on the day of commencement of the Semester I i.e., July 19, 2022. However, the changes if any made to age limit by the BCI from time to time will be followed. Date of birth as recorded in the Secondary School Certificate will be taken as authentic.
Admission Procedure for applicants applying for ILSAT 2022:
Applicants seeking admission in to BBA-LLB (Hons.) and BA-LLB (Hons.) programs need to appear and qualify in the ICFAI Law School Admission Test (ILSAT 2022) being conducted by The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE), Hyderabad.
For Class XII students awaiting final examination results, provisional admission will be given. The admission of such applicants will, however, remain provisional until final mark sheets establishing their eligibility are submitted. The last date for submitting the proof of Class XII (or equivalent) mark sheet is september 01, 2022, failing which the provisional admission will automatically stand cancelled.
ILSAT 2022 is an aptitude test conducted on Computer Based test (CBt) format.
How to Apply: Applicants interested in appearing for ILSAT 2022 can apply by any one of the following methods.
(a) online Application
Applicants can apply online by filling up the Application
Form available at www.ifheindia.org/fol and make
payment of ₹1,000 towards the cost using Credit/
Debit Card (Visa/Master Card/Internet Banking)
through secure internet payment gateway. Applicants
applying online should upload their passport size color
photograph while filling the Online Application. The Law
Programs Prospectus will be sent to such applicants.
(b) download Application Form
Alternatively, applicants can download the Application
Form from www.ifheindia.org/fol
and send it to the
Admissions Office along with the Bank Demand Draft of
₹1,000 drawn on Scheduled Commercial Bank towards
the cost of the application.
The Demand Draft should be drawn in favor of “IFHE-Prospectus Fee A/c ILSAT 2022” payable at Hyderabad. The Law Programs Prospectus will be sent to such applicants.

The applicants desirous to join the LLM Programs should have obtained the Graduation in Five Year / Three Year Law (BA-LLB / BBA-LLB / LLB) or any equivalent degree in Law with a minimum 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.

The following are the admission modalities for admission into Ph.D (full-time and part-time) offered by ICFAI Law School of the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE), Hyderabad.
Candidates registered for full time research shall work and conduct research on a full time basis under a recognized research supervisor. The duration of Ph.D. course for a full time research scholar is four (4) years from the date of admission. Full time Ph.D. scholars will be provided hostel accommodation as per the terms of the University.
Candidates registered as part time research scholars shall work and conduct research for four (4) years under a recognized supervisor. Candidates seeking admission as part time research scholars have to submit no objection certificate from the employer to pursue Ph.D. Course and for attending classes of Ph.D. course work conducted in two spells in the first two years of the program during summer term.
A candidate is eligible for admission into Ph.D. program, if he/she obtained not less than 55% marks at the Post Graduate Degree in Law in regular study mode from a recognized University and Ph.D Eligibility Test.
The following applicants who satisfy the eligibility criteria are eligible for admission into part time Ph.D. Program:
Admission into Ph.D. full time/ part time program in Law shall be through an entrance test (Ph.D Eligibility Test) followed by Ph.D. admission interview. All the candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria shall appear for the Ph.D. eligibility test. The candidates who are qualified in UGC/JRF examination/NET/SLET are exempted from appearing Ph.D. eligibility test.
The eligibility test is of objective type with multiple choice questions covering the subjects of Constitutional Law, Indian Penal Code, Law of Torts, Corporate Law, Labour Law and Jurisprudence. Syllabus for eligibility test on the above subjects will be given along with the application form. Duration of the test is of 2 hours. The minimum marks for qualifying the Ph.D. eligibility test shall be 50%.
Candidates who have qualified in the Ph.D. eligibility test shall be called for Ph.D. Admission Interview. After the Ph.D. Admission Interview the list of eligible candidates for registration for full time and part time Ph.D. program will be finalized.

Graduate in any discipline with 50% marks from a recognized university. The applicants appearing for final year examination and awaiting results may also apply for the Admission Test.
