Applicants should not be more than 21 years of age as on the day of commencement of the Semester-I. However, the changes if any made to age limit by the BCI from time to time will be followed. Date of birth as recorded in the Secondary School Certificate will be taken as authentic.
Admission Procedure for applicants applying for ILSAT 2026:
Applicants seeking admission into BBA-LLB (Hons.) program must have
qualified in CLAT or ICFAI Law School Admission Test (ILSAT 2026) being
conducted by the ICFAI Law School, Begaluru.
For Class XII students awaiting final examination results, provisional
admission will be given. The admission of such applicants will, however,
remain provisional until final mark sheets establishing their eligibility
are submitted. The last date for submitting the proof of Class XII (or
equivalent) mark sheet is September 18, 2026, failing which the
provisional admission will automatically stand cancelled.
ILSAT 2026 is an aptitude test conducted on Computer Based Test (CBT) format.
How to Apply: Applicants can apply by any one of the following methods.
(a) Online Application
Applicants can apply online by filling up the Application
Form available at www.ifheindia.org/bengaluru and make
payment of ₹1,000 towards the cost using Credit/
Debit Card (Visa/Master Card/Internet Banking)
through secure internet payment gateway. Applicants
applying online should upload their passport size color
photograph while filling the Online Application. The Law
Programs Prospectus will be sent to such applicants.
(b) Download Application Form
Alternatively, applicants can download
the Application Form from www.ifheindia.org/bengaluru and send it
to the Admissions Office along with the Bank Demand Draft of ` 1,000
drawn on Scheduled Commercial Bank towards the cost of the application.
The Demand Draft should be drawn in favor of “IFHE-Prospectus Fee A/c Law Programs - Bengaluru” payable at Bengaluru. The Law Programs Prospectus will be sent to such applicants.
(c) Fill the Application Form
Applicants can fill-in the application form and submit to the Admissions Office.

Applicants have to appear for the ILSAT 2026 at the Test Center selected / specified on the Admit Card. Computer experience or typing skills are not required to take the test. ILSAT 2025 is a selfdirected Computer Based Test.
Please note that the applicants must arrive 45 minutes before the scheduled time of the test. This allows time to sign-in and for staff to verify the identification and documentation.
Applicants must bring the Admit Card to the test centre. Applicants will not be allowed to appear for the test without the Admit Card.
Applicant must present the original and valid (non-expired) form of photo identifi cation before appearing for the test. The name on the photo identifi cation must match with the name as entered in the ILSAT 2026 registration.
Passport; Aadhaar Card; College ID or a notarized Affidavit with photo, signature, date of birth and residential address. Photocopies of the original are not acceptable.
Note: Applicants are not allowed to appear for ILSAT 2026 without submitting appropriate photo identification.
Please note that the following procedure will be observed at each test center to ensure that all applicants appear for the test under equally favorable conditions. Failing to follow any of the security procedures may result in the disqualification from the test. The University reserves the right to audiotape and videotape any test session.
No reference materials, papers or study materials are allowed at the test center. If any candidate is found with these or any other aids, he/she will not be allowed to continue the test and the answers will not be evaluated.
Applicants resorting to any kind of malpractice or indulge in misconduct during the test such as giving or receiving help, involving in impersonation, destroying the test material and misbehaving with the staff which delays or interrupts the conduct of the test may be expelled from the test.
ICFAI Law School Admission Test (ILSAT 2025 ) will be conducted at following test centers in India. The applicants can choose any one of the test centers available for ILSAT 2025.

The Law School has no obligation to provide model test papers. However, it will try to post model test papers on the website which may be downloaded model test papers from website for practice purpose. However the test pattern may be modified without any notification to the applicant.
The results of the ILSAT 2026 Phase I and Phase II results will be posted online on www.ifheindia.org/bengaluru on Dec 18, 2025 and April 09, 2026 respectively. Successful applicants will be intimated individually through E-mail.
The selection for admission into the program is based on merit secured in the ILSAT 2026 and performance in the personal interview and previous academics.
Selection letters for provisional admission will be issued to the applicants selected on the day of interview. The provisional admission is subject to payment of admission fee and verification of testimonials.
Once the applicants are given provisional admission, they should report for registration into first semester of the program on July 9-12, 2026 along with the required certificates and program fee.
The classes will commence from August 03, 2026.
All successful applicants will have to submit self-attested photocopies of relevant certificates (a set of Class X and Class XII Mark sheets, Birth Certificate, Transfer / Migration Certificate and Completion Certificate of the qualifying examination from the respective board) at the time of registration along with the original certificates. The original certificates will be returned to the applicants within a week’s time after verification.
If an applicant is found ineligible even after admission into the program, his/ her admission is liable to be cancelled without notice. All admissions will be subject to verification of facts from the original certificates/documents of the applicants. The decision of the Admissions Committee regarding eligibility and admission of applicant shall be final.

In addition, students have to pay ₹ 10,000 as refundable Caution Deposit along with the First Instalment of Program Fee. The caution deposit will be refunded without interest to the students on completion of the program. Caution Deposit is not adjustable against Program Fee and other dues.
Hostel facility is not available at ILS Bengaluru campus. However, the campus administration will assist the students in choosing a suitable off campus paying guest accommodation from service providers nearby the campus.
ICFAI Law School offers merit scholarships to the students pursuing the BBA-LLB (Hons.) / BAJ-LLB (Hons.) program. The scholarships are based on the performances in Class XII (or equivalent) and Semester-wise performance.
Percentage achieved in qualifying examination (Class XII or its equivalent). Scholarship will continue semester after semester only on maintaining the minimum 6.0 GPA in the previous semester. The details are presented in the following table.
