Profile Screening

RPTM follows strict recruitment practices in accordance with the regulations and guidelines issued by UGC, AICTE and other statutory bodies.

The profiles received through careers@ifheindia.org are carefully scrutinized and categorized Department-wise and School-wise. Whenever a faculty requirement arises, RPTM forwards the shortlisted profiles to the concerned Department/School to initiate the Demonstration/Presentation process.

Demonstration / Presentation Process

Eligible candidates are invited to deliver a Demonstration/Presentation before the Internal Faculty Members of the concerned Department/School.

The performance of each candidate is evaluated using predefined evaluation criteria. The scores submitted by the Internal Evaluators are captured automatically by the RPTM Technical Team to generate the consolidated evaluation scores instantly.

Final Interview Process

Based on the cut-off scores obtained during the initial process, RPTM initiates the Final/Personal Interview process for the shortlisted candidates.

RPTM identifies suitable External Subject Matter Experts from reputed Universities and Institutions. After confirming their availability, the interview schedule is finalized in consultation with the concerned Department/School.

The concerned Department/School nominates Internal Subject Matter Experts and a Selection Committee comprising both External and Internal Subject Matter Experts conducts the final evaluation of the candidates.

Selection & Offer Process

Upon completion of the Final Interview process, RPTM prepares a consolidated report containing the list of selected candidates together with the recommended positions/designations approved by the Selection Committee.

The report is forwarded to the Central Human Resource Department (CHRD) to initiate the appointment process.

CHRD is responsible for issuing the Offer Letters to the selected candidates.

Faculty Induction & Orientation Program (FIOP)

After joining IFHE University, newly appointed faculty members participate in the Faculty Induction & Orientation Program (FIOP) organized by RPTM.

The program familiarizes faculty members with the University's academic policies, teaching-learning practices, research ecosystem, digital systems and institutional procedures, enabling a smooth transition into the IFHE academic environment.
