Ph.D (Full-time) in Management
The Ph.D program is a full-time, campus-based residential program designed for students interested in management teaching, research, and consultancy.
The main objectives of the program are to:
- Develop management teachers well equipped with the skills required for imparting education to business school students
- Develop bright young academics with research skills to conduct research in contemporary issues in management.
Eligibility
- Post graduation in Management ( full time with specialization in Marketing/ Finance/ Human Resource Management/ Operations from an UGC approved University) with 55% and above marks or A professional qualification like CFA/ CA/ CWA/ CS with 55% and above marks.
Ph.D (Part-time) in Management
The Part-time Ph.D in management is designed for practicing corporate executives, faculty members & research scholars who are aspiring to become thought leaders in the domain of academic research and advancement of business and society.
Eligibility
- Post graduation in Management ( full time with specialization in Marketing/ Finance/ Human Resource Management/ Operations from an UGC approved University) with 55% and above marks or A professional qualification like CFA/ CA/ CWA/ CS with 55% and above marks.
Ph.D (Full-time) in Economics
Ph.D Program in Economics is a full-time, residential program designed for students who intend to pursue:
- Teaching Economics
- Research
- Professional Career
The objective of the program:
- Develop students capabilities in using the theoretical and empirical techniques needed to analyse real-world economic problems.
Eligibility
- Post Graduate in Economics or allied discipline with 55% and above marks.
Ph.D (Full-time/Part-time) in Science & Technology
- IcfaiTech offers Doctoral Program in the areas of Basic Sciences, Engineering and Technology.
- The Ph.D program is rigorous, multidisciplinary and broad in scope. Students are provided research training, encouraged to attend conferences and publish their research work leading to a highly skilled and independent researcher.
- The program has four phases, namely Course work, Qualifying Examination, Preparation defense of Research Proposal and Thesis work & Submission.
- Ph.D (Sciences - Maths, Physics, Chemistry) (Full-time/Part-time)
- Ph.D (Engineering & Tech. - CE, CSE, ECE, ME) (Full-time/Part-time)
Eligibility
- Students with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (overall percentage; not only in majoring subject) or CGPA 6 on a 10-point scale in Master’s degree from any university recognized by UGC are eligible.
Ph.D (Full-time and Part-time) in Law
- The ICFAI Law School offers both full time and part time research program (Ph.D) in Law.
- Candidates registered as part time research scholars shall work and conduct research for four (4) years under a recognized supervisor.
- Candidates seeking admission as part time research scholars have to submit no objection certificate from the employer to pursue Ph.D. Course and also during summer term for attending classes of Ph.D. course work conducted in two spells in the first two years of the program.
Eligibility
- A candidate is eligible for admission into Ph.D. program both full time/part time if he/she obtained not less than 55% marks at the Post Graduate Degree in Law in regular study mode from a recognized University
LL.M-Ph.D in Law
- The ICFAI Law School offers both full time research program (Ph.D) in Law.
- Candidates registered for full time research shall work and conduct research on a full time basis under a recognized research supervisor.
- The duration of Ph.D. course for a full time research scholar is four (4) years from the date of admission.
Eligibility
- A student who has passed 5 year integrated Honours Law Program on a regular basis having minimum 55% aggregate and 7.5 CGPA or equivalent grade or point scale where ever grading system is followed.
- Two years Post graduate Law Program after 3 year LLB Law Program or 1 year LLM after 5 year integrated law program with at least 55% in aggregate.
