BBA Fee Structure
Selected candidates are required to pay the fee as per the schedule given below.

Caution Deposit
Students of BBA (HONS.) Program are required to pay a caution deposit of Rs. 10,000 along with the first semester fee. The caution deposit will be refunded without interest to the students on completion of the program. Caution Deposit shall not be adjusted to any fee dues etc.
Hostel and Transportation Fee
Limited hostel rooms are available at the campus. Day Scholars can avail bus facility from City to IFHE Campus on payment basis.

IFHE offers two types of merit scholarships to the students pursuing the BBA (Hons.) Program.
A) The scholarships based on past academic record.
B) The scholarships based on Semester-wise performance during the BBA (Hons.) Program.
A. Merit Scholarships based on Past Academic Record:
Students will be awarded merit scholarships based on percentage of aggregate marks achieved in qualifying examination (Class XII or its equivalent). Scholarship will continue semester after semester only on maintaining the minimum 6.0 GPA in the previous semester. The details are as presented in the following table.

Up to 10% of the students of the batch will be awarded merit scholarships based on the Semester-wise performance in the BBA (Hons.) Program (Details presented in the table given below). These scholarships are awarded in addition to the scholarships based on the past academic record.

Bank Loans
Several public and private sector banks provide educational loans to applicants. Applicants seeking educational loans may approach the respective bank branches. The Financial Aid Cell at IBS facilitates the bank loan process wherever required.

MBA Fee Structure
The fee for the MBA program at IBS Hyderabad campus is Rs. 8.505 lakhs per annum.

For IBS Hyderabad Campus :- Students have to pay Rs. 4000 as Convocation Fee with the 5th Installment of Fee.

Admission Fee
Selected candidates are required to pay an Admission Fee of Rs. 75,000 as per the dates mentioned in the selection letter, through Demand Draft in favour of “IFHE-Fee Collection A/c Executive MBA” or Online.
The Program fee of Rs. 5.25 lakhs is to be paid in seven equal installments of Rs. 75,000 as per the below schedule:

Caution Deposit
A refundable Caution Deposit of Rs. 10,000 is to be paid along with the 1st installment of Program Fee. The Caution Deposit will be refunded without interest (after adjusting for dues, if any) on completion of the program. Students are expected to have their own laptops at the time of reporting to IBS.

Ph.D Fee Structure
Selected candidates are required to pay the fee as per the schedule given below.
Fee for Full-time Ph.D Program
The selected candidates have to pay an Admission fee of Rs. 40,000, on or before November 30, 2024. The Program fee is Rs. 60,000 per Semester. The Program fee is provided as financial assistance by IBS and is waived off, subject to meeting minimum academic requirements as specified by IBS.
Fellowship/Stipend for Full-time Ph.D Program
All students (Pre-Ph.D) admitted into the first year of the MBA program will be given a fellowship of Rs. 20,000 (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) per month and free on-campus accommodation.
All students admitted into the Full-time Ph.D program will be given a fellowship of Rs. 25,000 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) per month and free on-campus accommodation in the first year.
After passing the Ph.D qualifying examination, the students will be paid a fellowship of Rs. 35,000 (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand only) per month till the student defends the thesis proposal.
Stipend of Rs. 40,000 (Rupees Forty Thousand only) per month will be paid to the student, after successful defence of their thesis proposal and up to the completion of four years of PhD Program. Stipend would be paid for only 48 months (4 years) from the date of commencement of the Program or till completion of PhD Program, whichever is earlier. In lieu of this fellowship, the students may be required to provide support for teaching, research, or administrative activities of the University for up to 10 hours a week.
A professional development grant of Rs. 20,000 per annum is also given to the students for the four years, for attending conferences, workshops and seminars. On successful defence of the Ph.D thesis by the students, they can pursue their career in any organization of their choice. However, such candidates may also opt to apply to IFHE or any of its sponsor/constituent/affiliate/associate organizations, and their request may be considered for a position of faculty at a suitable pay package, under a separate offer of appointment based on their educational background, performance in the Ph.D Program, and availability of vacancies.
In the event the student withdraws from the program, the student is liable to refund the stipend and the program fee provided as financial assistance by IBS. To this end, the student is required to execute a financial assistance agreement along with a guarantor for the financial assistance provided by IBS and submit the same on the day of registration.
