1 Year LLM Program
LLM (Corporate and Commercial Laws)
- The program is a blend of theoretical and practical learning, provides wider horizons of corporate and commercial laws.
- Students joining the program shall have the unique experience of innovative teaching methods comparable to that of best academic institutions of the country.
LLM (Tax Laws)
- The Program is a practice oriented one which provides inputs in the area of taxation.
- The students joining the program shall have a comprehensive understanding of litigation procedures, relating to taxation.
LLM (Alternative Dispute Resolution)
- The program is intended to provide theoretical and practical knowledge to the students and carve them into mediation/ negotiation/arbitration professionals and undertake focused practice and enable them to join any professional bodies towards career growth.
LLM (Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law)
- The program is intended to provide theoretical and practical knowledge intensive Internships and practicals.
LLM (Criminal Law)
- The program is intended to provide jurisprudential underpinnings of criminal law and the practical impact of it in the globalised world.
- The modules on Human Rights, International Criminal Law and Transnational Law add to the global perspectives on crime and criminal justice.
- They will be offered accredited and non-credit courses in this programm.

Admission Modalities
The following are the admission modalities for admission into One-year LLM Program in
- Corporate & Commercial Laws,
- Tax Laws
- Alternative Dispute Resolution,
- Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law, and
- Criminal Law
offered in semester mode.
- Graduation in Five Year Integrated / Three Year Law or equivalent Degree recognized by The Bar Council of India with a minimum of 50% Marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Should have qualified in the ILSAT (PG) 2026 conducted by ICFAI Law School, IFHE, Hyderabad.
- The students appearing for final year examinations and awaiting results may also apply for the ILSAT (PG) 2026.
- The admission however, remain provisional until they produce mark sheets establishing their eligibility.
- The last date for submitting the proof of eligibility is September 18, 2026, failing which the provisional admission will automatically stand cancelled.
Eligible applicants are required to apply for the program.
The eligibility test is of objective type with multiple choice questions covering the subjects of Constitutional Law, Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Law of Torts, Corporate Law, ADR and Jurisprudence. Syllabus for eligibility test on the above subjects will be given along with the application form. Duration of the test is of 2 hours. The minimum marks for qualifying the LLM eligibility test shall be 50%.

Fill and submit the online Application Form available at www.ifheindia.org/fol, make a payment of Rs. 1,000 towards registration fee using credit card (Visa/Master Card/ Citibank Card) / Debit Card / Net Banking through the secure internet payment gateway.

Download the Application Form, available at www.ifheindia.org/fol, complete it, and send to the Admissions Office along with a Bank Demand Draft of Rs. 1,000 drawn on Scheduled Commercial Bank towards registration fee in favor of “IFHE - Prospectus Fee A/c ILSAT 2026” payable at Hyderabad. To such registered applicants (online) hard copy of the prospectus will be sent.

Fill the Application Form
Applicants can fill-in the application form and send it to the Admissions Office.
All applicants are required to indicate their e-mail ID, as all important communication relating to admissions will be intimated to the applicants by e-mail. Furnishing the e-mail ID is mandatory as it facilitates the applicants to receive information about the admissions and send their letters / correspondence by e-mail to: lawadmissions@ifheindia.org
Submission of Application Form

The selection for admission into the program is based on performance in admission test and personal interview. Due weightage will be given to academic distinctions, achievements in sports and extra-curricular and co-curricular activities.
Provisional selection letters for admission will be issued to the selected applicants. The provisional admission is subject to payment of admission / program fee, and verification of testimonials.
If an applicant is found ineligible even after admission accorded into the program, his/her admission is liable to be cancelled without notice. All admissions will be subject to verification of facts from the original certificates/documents of the students. The decision of the Admissions Committee regarding eligibility and admission of applicant shall be final.

Caution Deposit:
Students of LLM Program are required to pay a caution deposit of Rs. 5,000 along with the first semester fee. The caution deposit will be refunded without interest to the students on completion of the program. Caution Deposit is not adjustable against Program Fee and other dues.
