Report on Mental Health Day Awareness Week 2026
The Counselling Team, IFHE, organised a four-day Mental Health Day Awareness Week from 12th to 15th October 2026, in observance of World Mental Health Day. The week aimed to promote awareness, emotional wellbeing, healthy coping, connection and help-seeking among students, and to make conversations around mental health open, engaging and easy to join.
